I've been a client of Meri for over 7 years as a massage therapist and has been my personal trainer since this past April. I think she's a wonderful trainer - as a beginner to the workout game, I appreciate how she pushes your body just enough without making you feel horrible for the whole week. Also, she has salvaged workouts by providing immediate therapy to joints and muscles that have been acting up beforehand. Not a lot of other trainers out there can offer that level care and attention as she continues to help you achieve your physical goals!

Meri is such a fantastic massage therapist. I started with her after my aggressive liposuction and tummy tuck I had about 6 weeks ago. I needed to get lymphatic massages. She makes sure you are doing ok at each session and makes sure you are comfortable. I have noticed a huge improvement since working with her with my post op results. You will not find a more compassionate and professional massage therapist in Raleigh NC. If you are looking for quality work then book your consultation with Meri Martin LMBT

I began seeing Meri only intermittently 10 years ago, but decided to initiate monthly massages with her for stress management and self-care in 2016. It was one of the best decisions I've made in recent years. Meri has a very unique combination of skills. First, she has an incredible knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesthetics as well as Mind/Body, Eastern, and alternative medicine approaches.
