We bought a house from McNeill Burbank and had a great experience working with Joe and team. We were able to purchase pre completion and add on a collection of customizations that made the home more “us” before moving in. The warranty period was great. We are a little picky and as we discovered small things to fix it was always easy and done right. Lastly, we did end up finishing the third floor a couple of years after buying and the plumbing and electrical were already in place to make it easier (and cheaper) when we did that. All in all a great experience.
We had an excellent experience working with Joe and team. We came in once the home was mostly complete but were still able to work with the design team on customizations. These homes are beautiful with attention to detail that is hard to find
We bought a house over 10 years ago with McNeil Burbank and had a great experience. The design of the house has worked well - very livable and as our needs changed we were able to easily finish our attic with the plumbing, electric and drywall already in place. Any issues were addressed without hassle and the team went out of their way to help us out (after years) when we repainted and needed the colors for our painters while we were on vacation out of state. We have been very happy!
