I can't say enough about Matthews Plumbing!! I met them through a Knightdale Facebook community group when I was having issues with my Choice Home Warranty. They came over to fix my toilet same day. Came in, understood the issue, brought parts from the truck, fixed it. Where they really stood out was the following week, my hot water heater went out. When I say they had the best customer service I've seen in a long time!!!! Rhonda in the office was amazing. She understood my pain and made sure she grabbed as much information as she could to ensure that my service was seamless. Any questions that were had, she asked the office staff and they were responsive and amazing. You can tell they sincerely cared about my issue and seeing what they could do to help me. Furthermore she was able to get me in same day. I mean, just amazing!!! Jesse next came out to give me a quote related to tankless heater vs non-tankless. He was knowledgeable, personable, and did a fantastic job!! Next Tyler showed up to actually complete the installation. Man Tyler was a beast!! He did the install by himself but when i say he did a phenomenal job!! He communicated prior to even showing up. When he arrived at my home, he explained the whole process, and got busy. Hours later, he finished the install and I now have piping hot, hot water. Tyler was knowledgeable and cleaned up his mess. The space looked better than when he arrived!! Very caring, engaged, timely, and professional company!!! I will use them over and over again when needed. Thank you Matthews Plumbing!!!!
