the website, put in all information, and also added some extra things. At the end of the process it's says, your card would be charged $35.00 once the cleaning was done. Cool, clears get there in the time frame it stated, while cleaning my daughter was told it would take a little more time I'm like ok, in my mind I'm like well maybe they don't know I had a gift card but whatever. Job was done, and I can't complain it looked good. I wouldn't say amazing, but good. Then I get a charge of $195. I quickly send an email to make sure that the charge isn't right, and I got a response of oh, it's your first cleaning, so it takes more time, so we charge for that. They were great- until they the last few months! we have used them for over a year- always on time, crew was great. We always had one girl that came every time- once she stopped the superior cleaning stopped. On August 26th- the day after our cleaning when I went to take a shower and noticed the glass enclosure was not cleaned and neither was the niche- So I sent a text. I got a response on Monday the 28th saying that cleaning is a "Personal and human service" and they could come back and clean it- well at that point it had already been cleaned (all communications attached).
