We have been going to Dr. Mack since the birth of our daughter in 2022. She is engaged, empathetic to us as first time parents and kind. She is highly informed on new medical developments related to children and if we have questions she is always willing to answer them. We appreciate her patience and she goes the extra mile to make sure we are seen when our daughter is ill. We always leave every appointment feeling heard and validated as parents. It is an understatement to say that Dr. Mack is an angel sent from heaven. She has been the guiding light for us new parents in the dark world of parenthood. We came into this knowing very little and Dr Mack and her husband have been extremely helpful ever since the birth of our child beginning from the day of delivery until now. We are lucky to have her located so close to home and we've been able to easily talk to or see her in case of emergencies or whenever the need arises. It is impossible to find a doctor as patient and attentive as her because as you are probably aware, any other doctor will not spend more than 5 minutes with you.
