I absolutely love lotus! Kim is always so nice and personable. She does an amazing job every time. I also love their pedicure packages. They are affordable and unique. Customers service is always top tier
I absolutely love this salon! I’ve been coming here for about a year now! I’m very particular about my self care maintenance. That being said, this is my 1 stop shop. I get acrylic nails, manicure, pedicure, and microblade eyebrows but they offer more! Very fair prices, a clean environment and pleasant service!
The staff are fast but also kind. They are respectful and good humored. I just get regular or gel, and both have been good--not too thick or uneven. And once it got messed up right away and they redid it for me without charge the next day. The only change I would like to see is that the lights by the polish stop flashing different colors because it makes it harder to look at the polish colors
