I LOVE LocLife. The experience itself is 5 stars, the atmosphere, the knowledge, the way your hair will thank you. Genuinely my only criticism is that you can't get through to them via phone to schedule. I've called and left multiple messages and as I live relatively far away (because, of course Roxanne and her staff are worth traveling to!) it drives me bananas that I can't get a call back even after leaving messages. This is my only critique. Otherwise, outstanding in every way. Get in if you can ❤️
Suzanne G. is very knowledgeable and helpful with information concerning starting and maintaining healthy locs. I was ready to begin the journey again however didn't want fingercoils because of my texture fingercoils are a waste of time and moneyfor me. She assured me the method she did would hold. She showed me examples similar to mine. I am also impressed with the "steaming" method she used to moisturize my hair and scalp. I'm looking forward to this new hair journey!
