Excellent customer service highly professional. While waiting to sign my loan documents I had my 4 year old client with me, they made her feel so special by talking to her. My client loved the Halloween Tree that they was set up in the office. This is the Lendmark Financial located on Pleasant Valley Road Raleigh, NC off of Glenwood Avenue.
My loan went through with ease with the help of each staff at Landmark. Mr Austin Murphy work with me on the cell phone,he was very knowledgeable patient and all through my process filling out the paperwork, Austin had a positive attitude and fun to work with laughing at times in a Positive way when errors by me not being text savvy! I felt his demeanor was real as well as all who I had the pleasure to meet and have gotten loans with since I been with them here in NC.
