This is the best salon in Raleigh. I can say this with confidence—I’ve lived here 12 years and have been everywhere. The level of attention to detail and the effort goes above and beyond. They always find a spot for me, always take their time, and make me feel comfortable. The end product is wonderful. I’ve come in with some nasty post-SCUBA or post-camping feet and I’ve left feeling renewed and refreshed. No rush, no packed in generic feeling. This is the real deal. My husband and I trade off coming here once a month. We tried three nail salons when we moved to town looking for our go-to spot. We are so happy with LB nails. The service and atmosphere are great--they always get it right. The nail technicians are also so wonderful--it's obvious why they have many loyal customers.

Replaced Excel Nails in the same space without any noticeable changes. I called ahead and made an appointment for a $38 deluxe pedicure. No wait. I chose my color and then after trying to open it, even with a pliers, we gave up and chose a similar color. At first only two of us were in the salon then it got crowded busy. I was there almost 2 hours. The last 30 minutes, my manicurist went off to help someone else and then apologized for forgetting about me and my final coat. Up until then My feet, toes and nails were getting deluxe treatment.
