My initial cleaning visit on Wake Forest Rd which went well and I was referred to an in-house periodontist. They canceled three times, yes 3 times, usually 2 days after a 3 month wait with the explanation they had only one doctor on staff at the time and she decided to take off. My second cleaning in Knightdale also went well with the same recommendation to see a periodontist & a promise to follow up and schedule. There is no follow-up or concern about getting anything done other than a cleaning initially. DON'T waste your time with any of the affiliates. It's a game of cat & mouse off which you will lose!

Staff is amazing, facility is clean and up to date on all the newest dental equipment. They have this scanner that they use instead of taking impressions i loved that. Dr. Kim is so kind and a great dentist. His assistants always make me feel comfortable. The hygiene team is amazing as well .The office manager Casey runs an amazing office and the front desk girls are so kind and helpful. I would recommend 10 stars if I could! Thank you lane and associates Ridge Rd for proving great services :).
