Keyser Orthodontics is a premier orthodontist in Raleigh and Knightdale for adults, teens, and children. The team is absolutely wonderful, kind, patient, welcoming, and super friendly. Dr. Keyser is the best, very thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. The staff is always courteous and the assistants have a gentle touch. The office is warm and welcoming, making patients feel comfortable and even excited about their progress. They offer braces and Invisalign, and the process is smooth. Patients enjoy benefits like free seltzers and activities while waiting, which is never very long. The care and attention provided go above and beyond, making appointments something to look forward to. They are highly recommended for any braces journey.
Dr. Keyser and the entire staff are very professional, knowledgeable, personable, and overall just wonderful people. This was a fantastic experience from the initial consultation up to the completion of braces/Invisalign. Throughout my journey the doctor and staff answered all questions/emails/texts in a timely manner, fit me into the schedule to repair any unforeseen issues that I had in a timely manner, and made me feel like they cared about me and the experience. Dr. Keyser and her team are absolutely wonderful! My daughter was very nervous about orthodontic treatment, but Dr. Keyser took the time to explain everything in a way that made her feel comfortable and even excited about her progress. The staff is always kind, patient, and welcoming, which makes each appointment something my daughter actually looks forward to. Dr Keyser is the best! She is very thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. Everyone up front is always super friendly and the assistants in the back have a gentle touch. And who could forget sweet Porter, their adorable therapy dog! Would highly recommend this team for your braces journey!
