I hired K&D roofing to reflash my chimney and address some other areas of concern that I had discovered while I was repainting my house. My roof is 10 years old, and we had installed certainteed 30 year architectural shingles at the time. On the day that K&D came out to do the work, in the process they discovered a few areas around the chimney and a skylight where the original installers did substandard work, and they were able to correct the issues.
