Loved my experience with Brianna!! She did a dope all black design & had great convos! This is probably one of the cleanest, and prettiest nail salons in DT Raleigh! Right around the corner from Urban Outfitters

My review may not mean anything to anyone because of course this nail salon is downtown so it's of "prestige".The nail technician who did my pedicure was a black woman and very good at her craft. She was a bit timid to me which is a concern, but I can see why because the owners were not very friendly. They were not mean, but they were not inviting.My main issue is that the Asian guy told me when I called in that my regular pedicure will be $35, and to take off the acrylic on my big toe was $10. He did not tell me that they were going to charge me an additional $10 to take off the gel polish. I basically paid $60 which I was not prepared for. I was prepared to pay the...read full review

This was my first time going to Joja nails and let me tell you their customer service is amazing!! They were very professional and patient as this was my first time there. Linda did my nails and the full set she did is the best I’ve had since moving to Raleigh 14yrs ago! She paid very close attention to detail and made sure I understood the pricing for everything I wanted done before hand (in other words she wasn’t just pulling prices out of the air like some places. They actually have a price book) Needless to say I will be returning. Joja is my new nail home!
