Joe was absolutely AMAZING for my maternity shoot!! I’m so in love with the photos and he was such a pleasure to work with! I wanted to go when the cherry blossoms bloomed, and I couldn’t have had better communication fromJoe keeping me updated on when they were supposed to bloom. He even came back a second time to get some pictures with my husband since he was out of town on the day we were shooting. I can’t recommend him enough, he was absolutely fantastic!

We used Joe for our wedding in Oct '23 at the JC Raulston Arboretum (as well as a prewedding shoot) and he was wonderful to work with! We loved his creativity and artistic eye for how he framed his shots and he was truly a pleasure to work with. He was very engaging, collaborative, and produced some wonderful shots! He also experimented with using film – which we loved as well. We highly recommend using Joe for your photo session. I was so thrilled to be able to have Joe for my wedding photographer! Once I knew I was getting married at the Duke Chapel, I knew I needed a photographer with plenty of experience shooting inside such a magnificent location.I loved Joe's photography style - our photos were done beautifully without feeling staged. Joe also captured lovely candid "in the moment" photos during our wedding that I will cherish forever.I also can't forget to mention how it rained for the entirety of my ceremony, and derailed all of our plans for shooting around the Chapel that day.
