The nurses are caring, comforting, knowledgeable and supportive. It was for me a very unsettling and scary next step in my treatment, but I was made to feel at home. The amenities are incredible - Suites, large screen TV, incredible furniture - a full recliner for me and a full-size leather couch for my friend, dimming lights, quiet sliding doors, etc. They also have an array of snacks (foods I’m not supposed to have, but that I can treat myself with on this one day!). All 3 infusions at IVX Health have been exceptional and I know my next treatment will be this way. Thank you!
Staff were very professional, courteous and caring. The facility was calming, clean and comfortable not only for the patient but for family who may attend with the patient. Each treatment room is setup for privacy and comfort.
My first infusion in this state and they took excellent care of me. From my 1st step in the door everyone was delightful. Kir administered my medicine and in my 7 years getting this IV treatment, tops on giving the stick.
