From scheduling to the exam itself, everyone was incredibly helpful and kind. They were extremely up front about every cost that I would incur, even when adding X-rays during the exam. Dr. Carroll felt very knowledgeable and was quickly able to diagnose the problem and give practical solutions. She was even able to identify what running shoes I was wearing and suggests a specific, more supportive alternative. She answered all my questions and didn't make me feel rushed at all. Overall great experience!
I needed to find someone quick to deal with my kids both having ingrown toenails that were causing lots of drama at home with me treating them. I called Monday morning and was offered an appointment for Tuesday morning or afternoon back to back to get them both in and preventing multiple trips. We got there and check in was easy, the office staff was fantastic and Dr. Jake was awesome with my boys. He joked with them and explained what would happen in terms they understood. If anyone needs to get in with a podiatrist I highly recommend Instride!
