We were having an air conditioning problem all summer. We called other companies but continued to have a problem. This fall again we called another company for the heating system and it still wasn’t working right. We decided to call Horizon and a service man was at our house in less than 24 hours with no extra charge. He saw the problems, took pics and showed us what was wrong and before the morning was over our system was running smooth. The mechanic explained everything to us . He was so helpful and also kind to our dogs. The price was reasonable and our home is comfortable again. I would recommend Horizon anytime hands down. Thank you.
Once again, your technician Tom showed up at our house for another problem within two weeks! He arrived and within 15 minutes, he took care of the problem. We shook hands and he was on his way! Fast service, and know how of the situation has me sold on Horizon Services!
The technician that showed up today was the best. He made sure I didn’t have any questions or issues with the equipment. There was a hiccup cuz the gps sent the technician across the street which is no big deal. Heck my mail doesn’t always make it to my house. The technician was polite and even asked if I had any issues. I had zero issues with the technician or his work. The company had a scheduling issue due to emergencies. They were able to accommodate us by coming today instead of pushing the appointment further away. Which I am extremely happy about. I hope I get the same technician again the next time my equipment needs routine maintenance. Highly recommended.
