The salesman came in and measured my windows. He realized I had some knowledge of flipping houses so he didn’t waste my time telling me how his company was better than everyone else. He gave me options on some modifications I wanted to make. Then we went outside and he showed me the window I was getting, the benefits, and was not pushy at all. The quote he gave me was fair. If you are looking for a quality product and don’t want to feel pushed into something, then I would recommend this company. 5 stars
It was a joy dealing with Darrin as we looked at window and door replacements. He was very knowledgeable and shared that knowledge well. Personable and professional! He worked with our budget and came in with a fair price.
The customer service representative (Nick) was extremely curtious and knowledgeable about the product and services provided. He was patient with our request, that we changed many times, as we worked through the process. When he needed assistance, due to our questions, he got through quickly and promptly and gave us an answer. Although we are still checking with different companies to compare, I do like the product at HomeCraft. Especially the 4 ball-bearing hinges, and the Auto-Adjusting Threshold. He has helped us in our quest to get this right, thank you Nick.
