Cannot tell you enough about healthy steps , it works in such a different way . I look at physical health totally different based upon my experience , and I learn something new all the time . The lymphatic massage gave me so much relief .in my day to day life

I had a small but tender lump in my right breast that came up every month with my cycle. It seemed to get worse over the course of two or three years. I was worried it could be cancerous but didn’t want to go down that route with a mammogram, biopsy, chemo… My friend recommended this place, so I gave it a try. The massage therapist was an absolute pro. She did lymphatic massage for 45 minutes on my left side, and I walked out pain free and the lump disappeared. It has never come back! I HIGHLY recommend this place and have referred many friends and family to her.

As a person who has benefited from thereputic massage for decades I was thrilled to discover this business. I was undergoing PT for a broken ankle when I was referred to Brian. This family business is focused on their clients health. First session was spent learning about the use if a foam roller. If you want a relaxing massage go somewhere else. If you enjoy deep tissue massage with a focus on health come here. A massage here is more expensive than other places but the results make it worthwhile. Christina is a certified in lymph drainage which is very unique. These are good folks who care about their patients. My only concern posting this review is hurting my ability to get future appointments because once you visit your will never go anywhere where.
