About Hayes Barton Nails
Hayes Barton Nails is a full-service, high-quality nail salon offering manicures, pedicures, foot massages, and waxing services. Customers have praised the friendly staff and their attention to detail, especially noting perfect nail sets and pleasant experiences. One client shared that their gel manicure lasted three weeks without cracking, and their pedicure was very enjoyable. However, some reviews mention concerns about pricing and service. One customer was disappointed with the wait, extra charges for gel polish removal, and a painful scraping experience, feeling the cost was high for the quality received. Overall, the salon is known for its good service and skilled technicians, but opinions on value and friendliness vary among clients.
I keep giving this place a try because I've had a few great experiences with getting my nails done but subpar experiences every time I get a pedicure here. Today I got a pedicure and the massage was a joke. The nail tech set a timer for 10 minutes and literally just rubbed lotion, very lightly, on my legs. Didn't massage my feet AT all, and barely scrubbed them. I had two ladies to my right getting pedicures at same time with full on massages, feet included, while I was receiving mine. Considering the price and that I only get pedicures a few times a year, I'm disappointed I chose this place to get one.
While the staff were kind, and the decor nice, I would not recommend this place. The price listed for the mani/pedi was not the same as what I was charged. When I asked about why I was being charged more, I was told that was the price, even though I pointed out that was not the same listed on their wall. I was also not aware that I would be charged a 3.5% credit card fee.Services: Manicure
Super unimpressed. Heard great things but nobody was very friendly. I had to wait 15 minutes while my friend got her toes done before they started mine. They charged me $10 to take off my toe gel polish. It's never cost me more than $3-5. She scraped the heck out of my toes...and charged $10 for that...I paid $10 for 6 minutes of pain. Doesn't sit right with me. $50 for pedicure & regular polish is a lot for an eh experience. I could have gotten pedicure & gel polish for that much. Still struggling to find a 4.5/5 star nail salon. lol I should have checked the 25 1 star reviews before going ??
