Amy Bonis and her team are amazing. The most significant and vital when refinancing is HONESTY, and I needed and appreciated this more than anything. Amy asks the hard questions, which make you think through your choices. She also makes sure you understand absolutely everything, and there are no surprises. Her team is so responsible and reachable. They were so kind and helpful whenever I got confused or needed guidance. I have been working with Amy for about 25 years. I have purchased 5 or 6 homes with her. The process is seamless. What I love about Amy and her team is that they get to know you and your needs while also looking at your personal financial big picture advising you every step of the way. Not only that she will help you with information that gets your credit score up, lets you know when rates change to your benefit, and can help in other financial areas to improve your purchasing power.
