Highly recommended. We had a roof leak due to Lennar's ever last quest to become the worst builder in the triangle. Called Butch, he was at my house in less than an hour. Not only did he diagnose the roof leak but also identified several other issues that could've become serious problems. One day later, all fixed. To top it off, the price for the repairs was beyond reasonable. The cherry on top? Butch identified a few other areas that needed repaired and just fixed them. Thank you G3 for the excellent service and repairs. The original roofer (NC Exteriors, who is long gone) failed to install the correct shingles along the storm gutter area on the rear of the house, and G3 informed me of that issue after years of patch ups due to falling shingles and so many missing shingle replacements. G3 got it fixed the right way.
Honestly, they saved us!! We found a leak in our roof with a forecast of nothing but rain for the next week. They got out to my place quick, figured out what was going on and went on their way faster than I could blink an eye! Even came back after the rain to check up on one more spot to ensure the job was done. I can't thank them enough - seriously!
