Five Points Barber Shop

I have been going here for 18 years. It's a man's man barber shop. No frills and excellent quick haircuts. It is a landmark. A very eclectic and interesting atmosphere. Need a solid haircut for a great price? Then go see "Bat Man"! (the owner's name is Jimmy Batts)

A great place to get a haircut taint fancy though. Bring cash a haircut is $12. Parking is available in front of entrance. Jimmy is a professional fisherman so he'll help you with that. If no one is waiting he'll rig up your fishing pole for you. He also skydives and does that flying squirrel thing. And plays in a band. Jimmy is a busy man!

The price was right, I was in and out quickly, Jimmy did a great job with my haircut, and the service/atmosphere was on point. The hours are irregular, usually 7:30 to 11 or noon. If you can make it there within those hours, I recommend it.
