I've been going to the Downtown Eyecarecenter for many years and have been very happy with their service. Even as the staff have changed they have kept their friendly customer service attitude. Recently I've needed help getting contacts in time for an extended overseas trip and they have gone above and beyond to make sure I have what I need in time.
