Had an encounter with one of their service providers who was blocking multiple lanes of traffic in front of a school. He wanted to talk to a friend of his in another lane and decided to stop traffic in both directions for everyone during rush hour. When asked to move he starts screaming.

If this is how they act in public in front of people and kids, think about what they would do in the privacy of your home when no one is around to see, especially with someone vulnerable. I couldn't imagine hiring these people to care for a loved one.
