Had a weird experience, actually. Got referred because of some headaches, and my primary just wanted to be on the safe side that it was nothing different than what we thought, and at first glance, the medication given by my primary is working. Like many of the previous reviewers, Dr. Naslund didn't seem to actually listen to what I was saying as I had to repeat myself several times. Ordered an MRI that came back normal, which is what I was expecting. I was told by a phone operator to just come back at the assigned time in 4 months. I was unaware of a follow-up and she never mentioned a follow-up (which I did not need). This followed showing up for the MRI at the...read full review

I am glad I didn’t let these reviews stop me from seeing Dr Naslund. She took the time to listen and hear me and came up with a plan to lessen the frequency of my migraines and help me deal with the symptoms. I recommend her.
Edit to add; I’ve had more appointments and several phone calls with her and her staff. Everyone has been extremely patient, kind and empathetic. They even gave me a sample to tide me over while we deal with insurance hell. I feel like I’m in good hands.

An appointment with a neurologist can be a little daunting because your medical problem may be serious or perhaps puzzling. In any case, I wasn’t sure what to expect because it had been decades since I saw a neurologist but I found Dr. Naslund to be helpful, kind, and best of all very knowledgeable. She was familiar with my condition and has excellent advice about how to proceed. While professional, she made me feel comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend her to others and if I am again in need of a neurologist I would select Dr Naslund without hesitation.
