Absolutely tremendous customer service! First, the dispatch let me know that I was slightly outside of their typical service area and kindly recommended other tow services that she knew was closer to my location. After learning that the other tow services were going to charge me more and make me wait longer for the pickup, I called Dean's back.
Mr. Lee showed up very quickly after I provided my location and proceeded to load my car onto the tow truck bed with efficiency and care. Exceptional service! Two very professional gentleman helped move a 37’ motorhome. I wish I could remember both their names but one of them was Oscar. We agreed upon a meet time and they were just a little late due to traffic. The two gentleman were very nicely dressed and professional. They took great care to not harm the motorhome which was parked in a challenging spot. Oscar’s maneuvering skills are top notch! I highly recommend their service!
