I decided to use this company against my better judgement because a lot of people in my community use them. They came out for the first time on July 27, 2022 to weed and fertilize my lawn. I was astonished because the technician finished the job in less than an hour. I was skeptical if he really treated it due to the fact that our lawn is .20 acres and has several weeds. I didn’t question it however because they allegedly do free service calls in between services. I contacted them on August 9, 2022 and requested a free service call due to the fact that there’d been no change in our weed population. If anything, they’d gotten worse. I received a text message from them on August 16, 2022 saying that someone would come out to retreat the lawn on the following day, August 17, 2022. I received a text message that saying that they wouldn’t be able to come out as depicted in the photo below. I thought nothing of it because things happen. I received yet another text message on August 18, 2022 where they promised that a technician would come out on the following day of August 19, 2022. I stayed home all day in anticipation of their arrival as I wanted to speak to the tech about certain areas but they no called and no showed. I asked to cancel my services based off of that along with the reviews from other peoples experiences. Matt responded by coldly horning my request. What I mean in that regard is that he offered no apologies nor did he make any attempts to retain me as a customer via any type of incentive. I of course would’ve declined had he attempted to retain my business given everything stated above. Notwithstanding effort goes a long way and says a great deal about a business. With everything being said and done. I would highly encourage others to look elsewhere for their lawncare needs.
