????I bought an AC UNIT for my condo on (3rd level) April 2021. 1) When you guys put it in; you put it in wrong so the water drained from the AC to the ceiling & walls of the ppl below me. IT WAS A MESS! It has never cooled properly! 2) Called guys back. Tells me it need a compressor. For a “brand new unit” now. The guy says sometimes we get a bad one in the bunch. I don’t wanna hear that????He comes put the compressor in; say give it 2-3 hrs. to cool the house should be fine. “NOT COOLING”! Call em back.
