Comforcare is a service provided to my dad by the VA. We have been so very lucky that the VA provides this service and that such a genuine and professional company works with the VA. Before Comforcare, we tried two other companies that were third-party vendors, and they needed to be better. Comforcare is top-notch. Excellence from the Direct, the Nurse, Cynthia, and all the aides has been remarkable in having my dad in great hands. He is always reliable, on time, and willing to work with my dad getting sick, and all the aides are great with his stubbornness. It is a pleasure to be able to tell you how wonderful this company has been. We have coverage 12 hours a day from three different caregivers and each one is excellent. They know what should be done, they interact with my husband and treat him with care and dignity. They give me much peace of mind knowing he is well cared for.
