I came in very close to closing time on a Saturday evening to get my eyebrows waxed. Mother’s Day weekend to be exact. I was a bit hesitant because I knew they were closing in about 10min and most places will give you snotty attitudes if you come in that close to closing time. Today, I was welcomed with a warm, friendly greeting (major plus, especially near closing time😅) and I was directed to their waxing area. Mrs. Michelle (who did my brows) was amazing!!!! She did my eyebrows perfectly. She didn’t rush. She took her time, she made sure I was satisfied with my brows and she gave me no attitude. I am from Long Island NY and miss my nail tech but I must say COBE Nails do a good job I just got this fun overlay set done for my vacation. My nail tech is very patient and knows what I like. I come in there with a vision. He tries to make it happen.
I saw one or two reviews on here that were recent. I know I HAD been going there for close to 5-10 years. I would say that for the most part when I first started going there I really liked it. It has gone down in the past few years. I thought that Lynn and I had a decent relationship for the most part, I would text her when I needed my nails done. I understand things happen and I had to wait for her before(not even thinking at the time she was taking me for granted) and she knew i really did not want just anyone messing with my nails and I waited patiently.
But this last time a few months ago, I was extremely disappointed in Lynn and they way she was so casual....read full review
