City Nails

I was in desperate need of a fill-in and these women were really a life savior. Everyone was so kind and attentive. My nails were in rough shape but even still I was out in under 45 min. I appreciated being asked how I liked the shape and if anything needed to be changed. I noticed an imperfection on one finger later but 1. I think it’s because my nails were in such bad shape when I went in and 2. they totally gave me the chance to point anything out but I wasn’t being very attentive (the talk shows on had me mesmerized)! As a casual (nothing too fancy) nail person, this place is exactly what I needed. The prices are very reasonable!

Honestly I can understand some of the reviews where people are less satisfied. That being said, I will say that I believe the ladies in this shop do their best. I’ve been in Raleigh two years now and this shop is one of my go-tos simply because the price is the best and the service. I’ve never experienced a long wait they are mindful of keeping on schedule with appointment times. I know I can go here for a great French tip or other simple designs. Pedicures are great!

One of the only nail shops in the area that opens at 8:00 a.m. I was in a rush and the doors were open and they were ready to go at 8am. Not the best but ask for Rose if you want close to it. I watched her interactions and work and she did my eyebrows. She's gentle and kind. The lady that did my feet was so rough and didn't ask me if I wanted my toenails trimmed. She just did it and it was way too low. I didn't like that they don't change out the table paper during waxing. It's a big plastic cover and looked very much worn/used. Ask for Rose though!!!
