Alex and the crew were great to work with. From working with insurance to finished product Alex and the team were easy to work with and motivated to help. Work started and ended on schedule with no issues. Overall can't ask for a better experience.
I highly recommend Citadel Contacting Co. Navigating a hail claim with my insurance company was a stressful process but Alex, the project manager did an excellent job. He handled every for us. The communication was excellent throughout the entire project. Every time I had questions, he responded right back. We were very happy with Citadel Contracting, Our yard was left spotless, with no debris or nails left behind. Our new roof looks sooo great.
Citadel was suggested when our roof suffered wind damage. Hobbs came by, created an estimate, submitted it to our insurance, and replaced our roof. What a great crew and fast service!
