I have been a loyal customer of this salon for 10 years, always receiving excellent eyebrow waxing from Tony and Phuong, whom I highly recommend. However, my recent experience with another staff member was extremely disappointing.
During my last visit, the wax was incredibly hot, causing painful marks on my left eyebrow that took almost a week to heal. Additionally, she left some wax on my skin. My eyebrows were sore for days afterward.

This place is hit or miss. I originally thought this would be my go to place. I moved here from out of state and have had a REALLY hard time finding a good consistent nail salon. I went in here four times. Twice I had my nails done by a Middle Aged man with longer hair. I want to say he is the owners husband, but I'm not sure. He was awesome. No complaints there. I then had a women do my nails and her drill was garbage, she shaped my nails poorly. I still went in again, in hopes to have a better outcome. The last time I went I had an older thin man do my nails, and he rushed them. The shape wasn't right, people came in and he immediately started rushing my gel paint. I did call the next day (after thinking about it for 24 hours) and they offered to fix for free no issue, but I didn't go back. I also want to say that if you post your prices in your business, then that should be the price. If every tech has their own price....dint post prices.
I had an amazing experience at Cindy’s. I was a walk in and Tony took me shortly after. He did a wonderful job with my dip nails and I will definitely be coming back. I have struggled to find a nail salon that I like with fair pricing and I finally found it! Thank you Tony and Cindy’s Nails!
