Carolina Air was the original installer of my HVAC in my residence in 2018. I recently had a loss of heating and cooling in my house, due to the fan that circulates the air throughout the house to stop working. I called on a Saturday and the gentleman was upfront that there was a $200 charge for the weekend and advised me that if I wait until Monday it would be $99. I opted to wait since heating/cooling was not necessary at the given time. Gary came by on Monday and was quick to diagnose my issue. Responsive, polite, friendly and competent. Looking forward to doing business with them in the future. This was first service work done at our home by Tim and Triangle Heating and Cooling formerly Carolina. I’m very pleased.
Our previous long term service company tried to claim that we had a major issue requiring heater replacement. After getting two independent inspectors the problem was non existent. They were trying to scam us.
Thanks again Triangle for giving me the confidence that all is well with our HVAC.
Our technician came out for our semiannual check up- he was pleasant and helpful. He fixed a small issue with our fan for no charge (tightening some loosened screws). Our dog, who is our “good person” meter, even liked him :).
