It had been around 96 degrees in my up and downstairs house when the AC did not work properly. I called Carlton the next morning and asked them to come out. They had one appt left at the end of the day and I got it. The technician was wonderful. He found that I had a tube that was slit and filled with MUD and that is why it would not work. The line was Clogged. Anyway, anyway, all is good now and I recommend Carlton to anyone...
