Capital Physical Medicine, led by Dr. McKay, is a physical medicine business that has helped a variety of clients with their pain management needs. For a client who served in the Marines for 22 years and works in the HVAC industry, Dr. McKay's treatments have been effective in alleviating back and knee pains, with appointments usually lasting 10-15 minutes and the pain significantly improving within 30 minutes after the appointment. Another client, who had a painful shoulder for over a week, experienced immediate relief after a single session and was able to perform daily activities without pain. Lastly, a client who was in a car wreck over two years ago, found relief for their injured shoulder after several sessions with Dr. McKay. While Dr. McKay may not have the best bedside manner, their treatments have proven to be effective in addressing the physical pain of their clients.
I found it strange that the doctor was there by himself and there was no receptionist or nurse there. Also the equipment he used seemed a bit outdated to me. I am having some discomfort and when I told him about it. He didn't ask where or give me any advice. He just seemed more concerned about me making another appointment. Also the table was old and dirty looking, his coat wasn't white like a doctors coat it was dirty as well. However, he seemed extremely nice. But in my opinion I will be going to a more reputable company like Ideal Image or one of the more sophisticated places. I paid $250 and he wanted me to sign up for $1500 or $350 a session and he recommended 5 sessions. I'm just saying you get what you pay for. It seemed like a "Quack" office to me. That's why I decided to NOT go back. What surgeon or doctor after they give you a procedure and NOT going to reach out to you, to ask you how you are doing. But going to TEXT you to ask you when will you be booking your next session. PLEASE proceed with caution.

Everything was explained to me beforehand & the procedure was painless while I comfortably relaxed and played on my phone. I have already lost weight & hasn’t been ample to tone up certain areas.
