In 2024, we worked with Built on Trust to add a 500 square foot addition to our home, and the experience was nothing short of outstanding. From start to finish, the entire team lived up to their name — they were truly built on trust.
The project management was seamless, communication was clear and consistent, and every timeline they gave us was met (or even exceeded). The crew treated our home with the utmost respect, keeping the worksite neat and minimizing disruptions throughout the process.

Great service, honest, reliable are a few adjectives I would use to describe Built on Trust and its owner, Javier. I was referred to Built on Trust by friends who had just had their bathroom remodeled. They did a fabulous job and were competitively priced. I needed all my outdoor lights (motion detectors) replaced. I contacted Javier and he was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. He made several suggestions that I would not have thought of and I agreed that it made sense to make the changes he presented. Javier even went the extra mile and went with me to purchase the fixtures, because I wasn't 100% certain as to what to buy.

We found Built on Trust through an online site and are so glad we did. We asked Javier to come out, look at our projects, and give us an estimate. He came out within a day, said he could do it, and began taking measurements and pictures. Within a few days, we had a contract, and he began working.
We chose him over top, leading sunroom and four season room builders, because we liked what we saw, his knowledge and his price was way under some others. No fluff.
