This is my go to business for service. Dr. Gilbert is professional, patient friendly and takes the time to inform you on treatment. He replaced my right knee and I hard a great recovery and while surgery is always stressful he made the recovery pleasant. I highly recommend him and practice.
Total knee replacement experience was not an easy decision for me but Dr. Gilbert handled it with professionalism and excellence. His support staff was very quick to respond to any concerns and questions I had. The physical therapy office in Fuquay could not have been more caring, supportive and knowledgeable. They did their part and I did mine. Thanks to ALL of them I started back into my sports at the three month mark. Life is good again!
Dr. Gilbert was first and foremost incredibly helpful with diagnosing my problem. During my first visit. My pain had manifested itself in ways that I thought it was a back issue, but within 5 minutes he knew I needed a hip replacement. He was wonderful throughout the whole process pre-surgery and post surgery. As was his entire team. I had the direct phone numbers for two of his team members who I could reach out to directly during my recovery process
