They have an outstanding attention to detail and are extremely knowledgeable about all things taxes. Their website is very clear every year with instructions on what to do, and email reminders are always on time so you know when to start and what to do. Bill does whatever is necessary to get your questions answered. He does the hard work and goes through the entire process with you. There is nowhere else I would rather go for taxes.
