He prepared a detailed proposal for the project with sequence breakouts and pricing. He also included cutsheets for the materials and construction which I was able to review. He was quick to answer questions and provide revised quotes based on changes I was looking for. 100% would recommend again, really someone you can feel comfortable with for a large scale project.
