We’ve been going to BJ’s for years. They have great prices on wholesale items always fast, efficient and clean. There’s usually not too many people compared to Costco so it’s great.

April in the Optical Department is fantastic. We got there before they were actually open, and she helped us even though we told her we were happy to wait. She also was knowledgeable about the insurance paperwork, and went so far as to provide the form and fill it out for us.We have been to other BJ's to buy glasses before, but April's customer service was so outstanding we will be back to this one in the future.

The young lady that works in the optical center (usually evenings, worked March 29 evening) was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. This made for a great experience. Plus I was very happy with the frame selection here. I will keep coming back! Thanks again, Dale
