This is a big thank you to Big Bear Roofing and especially to Macon Watkins. Macon did a great job, coming over promptly when we had a roof leak and carefully took me through the options and the procedure of getting a new roof. A good share of the job was paid for by home owners insurance because of hail damage which I didn't realize the extent. He was very patient with me and did most of the discussions with the insurance company to expedite things.

Big Bear was phenomenal to work with. They were incredibly communicative throughout the process, helped to answer all of our questions, and performed the work above and beyond expectations. They replaced our roof and much of the roof decking underneath, and did so incredibly quickly. They are hands down a great team to work with on any roofing projects. 10/10 would recommend!
Now that our beautiful new roof is complete, a big shout out to Jeff, Mason and all the folks at Big Bear. During a downpour this spring, water started leaking into all 3 floors of our house. In a panic, I called Big Bear at 4 pm and Jeff arrived in 30 minutes; within an hour, he had a crew there to install a tarp. Jeff worked with our Erie insurance adjuster (who was also amazing) and within a few short weeks, our new roof was installed and all the interior damage was repaired.The entire process was as smooth as silk and the guys were the nicest and most professional we’ve ever dealt with. We can’t recommend Big Bear enough for your roofing needs!
