J. Patrick Williams wrote Judge Rozier's Final Order & Settlement in a case he handled against Rik Lovett & Associates back in 2007. At the time I thought I'd lost because I was ordered to pay many months of back-alimony, but it could have been much worse. The Judge found the Settlement Agreement document to be "Unconscionable" due to its shocking one-sidedness, such that no reasonable person would agree to such a financial obligation, and no reasonable person would demand such an agreement. Tatjana & Crystal were incredibly helpful during my divorce. Tatjana always responded to my questions promptly, & she made sure that everything I came into in the marriage stayed with me (most importantly my cats). I hope to never need a divorce attorney again but if I do, I know who I'll use.
