The resptionist was the most impressive part of this whole experience. I have a fear of the dentist and it's because dentist like this that are lazy and entitled. He referred me to an oral surgeon because I was nervous. Not because I require A specialist.
Or it was a situation he could not handle only because I was too nervous. When I went in, I had something covering the tooth so it wouldn't do damage to the inside of my mouth. Per his request I removed the cover, and can't replace it but did it anyway. Because I figured he was going to help me, And he sent me away with my mouth worse than when I arrived. I have called and left messages and I have submitted their online form but I have never heard back from them.
Perhaps they are very good at their job and thus very busy.
What they are not good at is the common courtesy of responding to a potential customer.
