We recently had a new roof installed and I thought I would be using a local, insured certified and reputable company. However, Baker roofing exceeded our expectations in skill, knowledge, follow up, customer expectations, resolving challenges, professionalism, scheduling and exceeding industry standards with Baker best practices. The communication in addressing our concerns between the Baker team was unmatched. We initially thought we were purchasing “just a roof” but Baker educated us with a tailored approach to our specific roof such as the multiple gable areas, perfecting our roof ridge vent for better ventilation and longevity, third floor roof, flat balcony and showing us built in prevention/proactive design for an improved construct. Baker isn’t here to sell you a roof, our experience has been they are here to sell you a roof system that is installed by highly skilled workmen, installed above industry standards to prevail in weather conducive to your zone. Our experience has been that Baker exemplified pride in their work, excellence in their daily communication to us on the project, putting the customer/concerns first by being responsive in which they earned our trust. Baker also is knowledgeable with doors, windows and pavers. They are concerned with the integrity of your home as a whole, as its typically your largest investment. We were so impressed with every aspect of Bakers team from the knowledgeable salesman, Steve, Project Manager Octavio, Brian the windows expert and Johnny who oversaw the entire project. Baker cleaned up around the outside of our residence thoroughly daily. They showed up early every morning and worked a full day. When any of our homes require a roof, we will be reaching out to Baker. They changed our thoughts on a large company. It’s all about the people, their training/experience/knowledge and how they treat the customers first. Their company holds them accountable to high standards. Baker says they do “good work”. We disagree. Our experience is that they do exceptional work above industry standards for an affordable price.
