A huge oak fell on my ac unit a few weeks ago. Being without ac was bad enough, but going through chemo makes it so much worse when you can't tolerate the heat. So I called one company who said they would be there at 10:00 the next morning to give an estimate. By 10:30 they were a no show Did not reply back until almost 2 hours later, just to say it would be another hour before someone would be there. At that point I told them not to bother. So I called Ashland and on the first ring I got a response. Within 45 minutes one of their men was at my house to give an estimate and they were there the very next morning to get the tree off my ac unit so the area would be cleared… read full review
