The staff is always very friendly and on time with their appointments.
The place is clean and they do offer beverages while you wait to get a haircut.
Last time I went in they were able to squeeze me in their busy schedule and get my hair take care of without an appointment as there weren’t any available before the holidays.
5-stars customer service!

Ashleigh was amazing. Reasonable pricing and GF really loved the cut. In town visiting but would definitely come back.

Bonus points: parking garage beside it has 2 hr free parking so was very easy to get in and out considering the location.

I cannot say enough about Ashreale! I recently moved to NC from Florida where my original barber had been cutting my hair for 10+ years. I received two haircuts from two different shops (not this location) and they butchered my hair. I asked for a fade and it literally looked like an unfinished haircut. It was so bad I had to wear a hat for 3 weeks! Fast forward, I met Ashreale and told her exactly what I wanted, verbatim from what I told the other two barbers. She delivered and even exceeded my expectations! Aside from her crazy barbering skills, she was extremely easy to talk to and I am not much of a talker. I wish I found her months before!
