Amazing company with a super friendly owner and staff that truly care. I was in a really unfortunate situation and they made the experience painless. The carpet came back to life when I thought I'd have to replace it it was so gross. You'd be making a big mistake hiring anyone but them.

I worked as a maintenance supervisor at several apartment complexes and I depended on Alert for alot of things, floods, carpet cleaning, mold remediation you name it, I was always 100% satisfied, if there ever was a problem they were always quick to solve it for me.
