I was blessed to be able to work with Mr. Charles Oppal.My air went out last week and after explaining what I was experiencing, he immediately knew what the issue was.Mr.Charles was able to walk me through the entire process over the phone. My air was restored and I didn’t have to suffer through the night. His expertise saved me time and money!Thank you for having such great employees as Mr. Charles!
Airtron showed up exactly when they said they would and got my AC up and running. The technician who serviced my unit, Steve, was great! He was very friendly, showed attention to detail, and was helpful in answering all of my questions. I wish other companies had this kind of great customer service!
Technician-Jason was awesome! He is very knowledgeable, professional, and was very patient with explaining the process of fixing our HVAC unit. Jason called upon arrival and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Also, Allison had excellent communication with us! When calling in to explain our concerns with the unit, she got right on it with making sure we had a technician scheduled right away! We are so happy to work with a great company.
